Not gonna lie, the return process itself was easy, but the refund took way longer than I expected. It eventually came through, but the wait was frustrating.

I was really excited to try my order from Jurlique, but I kind of regret buying it now. The products themselves seem nice, but the packaging was so disappointing. Everything came in a thin box with barely any padding, and one of the bottles was just loose inside. The cap leaked, so there was product all over the box when I opened it. For how much I paid, I expected way better care with the shipping. Customer service also took a while to respond, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. I wish I’d thought twice before ordering

Maybe it’s just me, but I’ve ordered the same Jurlique cream a few times now and it never feels totally consistent. The last jar I got was thick and smooth, but this new one feels kind of watery and the smell seems a little off.
For the price, I’d expect it to feel the same every time. I reached out to customer service, but the reply was generic and didn’t really help. I don’t think I’ll be buying it again.

This has really helped with my dry patches a lot! My skin feels so much more comfortable now. I do wish it felt a little less heavy, but overall I’m really happy with it.

I ordered from Jurlique a few weeks ago and have been using the face cream most nights since then. It’s not like you wake up with totally different skin overnight, but I did start noticing my skin feels a little tighter and firmer, especially around my cheeks and jaw.
The website was easy to use, and the delivery was fine too. I’m happy with how it’s going so far, and if you’re looking for something that feels nice and gives a subtle firming effect, I’d probably buy it again.

I do like this cream, it feels nice and all, but the tube was smaller than I expected. I used it every day and it was gone fast, which is kind of disappointing for the price. I was hoping it would last a bit longer, but...

I gave it 4 stars because the scent really is lovely without being overpowering. It smells fresh, a little herbal, and just really clean in a natural way. I do wish it lasted longer on my skin though, because if it did... yeah, it would probably be perfect.

I did notice a little more glow after using it for a few weeks, which was nice, but not as much as I was hoping for. My skin felt really soft and wasn’t dry at all, so that part was definitely good. I just think the price is high for the results. It’s fine, just not something I’m super eager to buy again

The pump works really well and gives a nice amount each time, which I appreciate because I hate when you get either way too much or barely any. It hasn’t clogged on me so far either. My only small issue is the cap feels a little loose in my bathroom bag, and I keep thinking it might pop off, though it hasn’t been a huge problem...
